AMANDA PIERCE | FOUNDER
Amanda discovered her passion for hospitality after reading Anthony Bourdain’s Kitchen Confidential in 2006, fresh out of high school. What started as a temporary career path while “figuring out what she really wanted to do” became her life’s calling when she joined Gordon Ramsay’s opening team at Maze and Gordon Ramsay at The London. She thrived in the world of high-end cuisine, exacting standards, and luxury hospitality.
Over her 18-year career, Amanda has worked with prestigious names in hospitality, including The Carlyle Hotel, Mandarin Oriental, Wolfgang Puck at The Four Seasons Downtown, Laurent Tourondel, Lincoln Center’s Lincoln Ristorante, Casa Cipriani, and Auberge. In 2023, she launched her own successful venture in Westhampton Beach—Daphne’s, named after her beloved Westie—which became one of the Hamptons’ most talked-about establishments. The following summer, she secured the concession operations at Westhampton’s Rogers Beach.
Amanda specializes in pre-opening FOH development, task force consulting, emergency management, concept development, and event execution. Her expertise spans from luxury hotels to casual dining. An avid traveler, she explores global hospitality through food, drink, textiles, and people, having visited every continent except Antarctica—which remains on her bucket list.
